Deeson talks chatbots at Museum Tech 2017
Last month myself and creative director Andrew Larking were honoured to give a talk at the Museums Association's sold out Museum Tech 2017 event.
The 1-day festival took place at Museum of London, and celebrated new and emerging digital technologies helping to shape the way audiences experience museums and their collections. The event featured case studies, keynotes and practical demonstrations that shed light on how technology can be used in many diverse areas of museum practice.
Speaking alongside experts from Google Arts & Culture and Museum of London, our session focussed on the different ways that chatbots can engage audiences and enhance the visitor experience.
