Tim supports clients in planning their approach to change and troubleshooting their implementation - taking into account the commercial, people and technical challenges across the organisation.

Background.

Tim's experience covers the people, commercial and technical aspects of digital transformation. He has significant experience in building high performing teams alongside developing organisational technical strategy - both in building the award-winning agency Deeson and supporting clients in developing their organisations.

He holds a degree in business and software engineering. He co-founded the 600+ attendee DrupalCamp London community. He has documented and shared many of the practices that are the foundation of Deeson’s well recognised transparent, inclusive and collaborative culture.

His digital strategy clients over the past 16 years includes Future Publishing, BRIT Awards, Medtronic, Jimmy Page and The Open University.

Simon works with clients on the people, process and commercial aspects of their digital strategy. This includes team planning, organisational structure and the integration of business goals.

Background.

Since 1999 Simon has worked with digital technology in client and agency roles to deliver lasting transformational change in areas including marketing, e-commerce, business systems, publishing, customer service and internal communications.

Professionally qualified in marketing, public relations and change management, he has been awarded Chartered Marketer status by the Chartered Institute of Marketing and Accredited Practitioner status by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. He's also an APMG accredited Change Management Practitioner.

In 2013 he was recognised in the top 100 UK Digital Leaders National Awards. He is also a fellow of the Royal Society for the encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce.

Ronald Ashri PhD.

Area of expertise.

Ronald advises clients on a range of topics including content strategy, enterprise systems architecture, chatbots and how to take an evidence-led approach to evaluating and planning your digital estate.

Background.

Ronald holds a PhD in Computer Science from Southampton University where he subsequently worked as a senior research fellow, collaborating with BT Research, SRI International and Stanford University. His research dealt with complex distributed systems, artificial intelligence, and Semantic Web technologies. He has authored and co-authored a number of academic articles on these subjects as well as book chapters on computer programming and a book on Agent-Based Software Development.

After moving from academia to industry Ronald focused on the use and integration of content management tools within large organisational settings. He has worked with clients such as UCLA, McGill University, Indiana University Libraries, the NHS, the Italian Government, TripAdvisor and Solarcentury.

Tendayi works with clients to develop their innovation practices - coaching their teams in a structured approach to deliver results.

Background.

Tendayi co-designed and helped implement Pearson's Product Lifecycle. He holds a PhD in Psychology and an MBA. He is the author of two books: The Corporate Startup and The Lean Product Lifecycle.

In his early career, he spent 12 years as an academic at the University of Kent (UK), where he is now Honorary Senior Lecturer in Organizational Psychology. He has also been a Research Fellow at Stanford University and Research Assistant at Harvard University.
